Several members of the firm concentrate their practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense and appear regularly before both the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims and the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. Donald A. Bullard has focused exclusively in this area since 1985. He has been a guest speaker on multiple occasions at the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma State Bar Associations, the National Business Institute and for various insurance carriers and self-insured companies. He is an approved instructor by the Oklahoma Insurance Commission in the area of Workers’ Compensation and Ethics. Mr. Bullard has tried thousands of cases in this area including representation of the insurer in matters of subrogation. Mr. Endicott, Mr. Kimsey, Mrs. Green, Mrs. Phillips and Ms. Bullard also regularly speak at Workers’ Compensation seminars.
